PT. Dharma Subur Satya (DSS) is involved in a consortium with Hyundai Engineering  & Construction (HDEC) in the Cirebon 2-CFPP 1 x 1000 MW project. In this case, DSS is trusted to carry out on EPC of jetty 15,000 DWT capacity. Notice To Proceed (NTP)  has been made on November 9, 2017 by PT. Cirebon Energy Prasarana (CEPR). CEPR is owner of Coal Fire Power Plant (CFPP) 1 x 1000 MW Cirebon 2.
Currently, the DSS engineering team has been developing the detailed design jetty of 15,000 DWT capacity including permanent jetty, Temporary jetty, Causeway access road and Sea Water Intake. The size of jetty is trestle ( 15 m width x 2,900 m length) and Platform ( 25 m width x 165 m length ). The schedule of marine construction works shall be completed within 28 months

At this moment, DSS is supporting to PP Company to carry out the construction of New Port – an Extention of Indonesia’s busiest port, is one of the biggest publict project in development in Indonesia. The Priok Port Project will bring Indonesia’s port facilities on par with other world class ports. It will significantly strengthen Indonesia’s logistic chain, thus implying a better environtment for trade and other business. Developer and operator of this mega-project is state owned enterprise Pelindo II.

The complete New Priok Port is divided into three phase includes the installation of container terminal infrastructure and equipment as well as construction of a new petroleum product terminal. The first phase is expected to be completed in 2014.

PT. Dharma Subur Satya (DSS) just completed the EPC Project of West Mulia Coal Port Project with our client PT. Mitratama Perkasa (PT. Arutmin Group) at Kintap, South Kalimantan. The scope of works consist of Engineering, Procurement & Construction for 2 x 8000 DWT jetty capacity, Loading Conveyor System of 2000 Ton per hour, Stacker Conveyor, Civil Works, MCC Control Room, Steel Structure and Mechanical & Electrical. DSS completed all scope of works on schedule within 18 months accordance with Owner target . And DSS also has achieved 516 working day and 753,725 Manhours without Accident and Loss Time Injuries.

The Jetty is located in Kanci, Cirebon, West Java for 13,000 DWT capacity Barge. Before construction, we have many alternatives of  jetty model will be applied at that time. Finally, our client of Doosan Heavy Industry Co.Ltd determined the economic jetty design as follows: lenght of trestle 1.96 km and platform size 20 m x 180 m. The trestle has a function for acces road, sea water intake pipe line and conveyor system line. Meanwhile, the jetty platform for unloading slewing grab crane system. DSS completed this project within 19 months with “zero accident”.  This is also one of EPC project.
